Have you been running 5ks and 10ks and are curious about trying a longer distance? Why not get started training for your very first half marathon - a distance that is fast becoming one of the most popular road racing distances in the US!  


This is a 12 week program that assumes you are running 15-20 miles per week and have completed a handful of 5ks and 10ks within the last year.


With this purchase, you are welcome to contact Harrier and Hounds up to three times during the training cycle if you need guidance in making adjustments to the plan to better fit your lifestyle and schedule. Generic plans you find on the internet don't offer that! :)
