Couch to 5k 12-week training plan
You will receive a 12-week training plan to reach your couch-to-5k goals. With the training plan will be some gear recommendations for new/returning runners, some injury prevention tips, and contact information for Harrier and Hounds!
You will also receive a participation agreement. I would appreciate it if you signed and returned it prior to using the training plan.
